The Guantanamo Bay Security/Surveillance BPA contract can be utilized by federal facilities located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba to procure IT and Audio/Visual solutions pertaining to security and surveillance. Examples of products and services that can be procured, but not limited to:

• Security / Surveillance Cameras
• Surveillance Control Systems
• Surveillance Displays
• Networks and Monitoring
• Design Services
• Installation and Removal

Ordering Products through the GTMO BPA

Guantanamo agencies can submit their RFIs and RFQs through the Guantanamo Bay Security/Surveillance BPA to procure and acquire their security/surveillance equipment. Requests can be sent to the Contracting Officer listed below:

Adding Products to the GTMO BPA

If there is an ongoing Security/Surveillance project and equipment that is needed is not listed under the BPA, agencies have the ability to add those necessary solutions to either BPA contract. The process is as follows:

* Reach out to Strategic and we will assist in researching the equipment that is needed. Include information such as Line Item, Description, Manufacturer, Unit of Issue and Unit Price Class (see example 1)
